Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to focus on generating leads from domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting prospects into potential clients. This role requires expertise in outbound marketing strategies, including email outreach, LinkedIn InMail campaigns, cold calling, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in the international market using various platforms and tools.
  • Outreach Activities: Initiate and manage cold emails, LinkedIn InMails, and calls to establish contact with prospects.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product/service presentations with prospective clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and leads in the CRM system.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead flow.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts and optimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential leads to nurture relationships and close deals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in international sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive ability.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and MS Office.
  • Cold Calling Expertise: Strong experience in handling and converting cold calls.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify client pain points and offer suitable solutions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in different time zones to cater to international markets.
