Job Role: 

  • Responsible for pitching career programs to the students and working professionals that will help in the core aim of their placements.
  • Reach out to Institutions and Corporations and develop relations to introduce and upsell KITEL Products, Services, and business solutions. Key account management and mapping.
  • Responsible for making aggressively daily outgoing calls and lead generation with follow-ups
  • Emphasizing program features and benefits with a  focus on the placement assistance
  • Update calls in CRM daily
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate rate interest in Sales Opportunities
  • Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets, forecasts, and reporting on market situations and competition
  • Representing the company for brand awareness
  • Providing suggestions to improvise on sales and marketing strategies.
  • Goal Oriented and proven sales result

Qualifications and Education Requirements

MBA Marketing Fresher Or Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in lead generation and sales. Should be flexible to work in a startup, eager to learn, build, and perform, and aiming to work and grow together

Preferred Skills

Excellent Communication and Must have strong perseverance, a self-starter, and a strong team player. An extrovert, pleasing, and presentable personality.
